with a metal roof.”
	 The kitchen, living room and
master bedroom were on the second
floor of the bardominium, Green
said. The home used a lot of recycled
building materials in its construc-
tion such as leaded glass windows
that were from an old church.
	 That bardominium was around
7,000 square feet and of that, 2,500
square feet was living space and is
easy to maintain, he said.
	 “You can put up a metal build-
ing and get it blown with the foam
insulation. You don’t have to worry
about leaks. It is air tight and it is
as good as a house or better,” Green
said. “Very low maintenance.”
	 He advises those looking to do
this type of home to consult with a
person who is an expert in this type
of housing so that they can get the
best type of home built.
