Dr. Jerry Jackson, Vice-President of Enrollment and Communications
at University of the Cumberlands, spoke to chamber members at
April’s luncheon about the school’s ability to fight against current
trends in higher education and grow its student enrollment. Below,
a graphic shows the school now has 11,821 students.
Williamsburg Mayor Roddy Harrison was
the featured speaker at the March chamber
luncheon. He talked about the town’s plans
to celebrate Whitley County’s bicentennial,
and its prospects for future growth and
economic development.
