                AVOCADO FACE MASK

                         drugstore for the perfect skin products?  Time to
                         change it up.  Head over to the produce section
                         for the ultimate moisturizer and exfoliator. Fresh
               Tingredients such as avocado, honey and oats bring
                nourishing vitamins to your skin, allowing you to glow naturally.

                          AVOCADO FACE MASK
                            ½ ripe avocado
                            2 Tbsp. honey
                            ¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
                          Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mash until you
                          get a smooth texture.  Apply to your face, and leave on
                          for 20 minutes before washing off with warm water.
