                                         Overnight Blueberry Nut Oatmeal

                                           Ingredients

                                           • ½ cup blueberries            • 2 tsp maple syrup
                                           • 2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt  • Pinch salt
                                          Directions
                                          1.  Combine oats, water and salt in a jar or bowl.
                                            Cover and refrigerate overnight.
                                          2.  In the morning, heat if desired, top with berries,
                                            yogurt, nuts and syrup. Serves: 1 cup
