LOVE MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND
At the expense of dating ourselves, the theme of this issue prompts us to
recall a popular 60s tune by one-hit wonder Deon Jackson, “Love Makes the
World Go Round.” That’s because we’re bringing in the new year with a focus
on “love.” C H R I S TO P H E R P E A R S O N
Deon’s lyrics about love really do ring true: “It makes the trees grow tall,
and the most important thing of all, it makes a boy and girl, oh, say they feel so
fine now.”
And feeling fine is what Inspire Health is all about – as your local source
for all that’s happening in the ever-changing world of health, nutrition, and
beauty.
So we invite you to “sing along” with us in this issue, as we start the year
with a resolution to love our body, family, and especially our heart.
Hormones also play a large part in loving our body and our family. Inside,
we feature two separate pieces on hormone therapy – one for men and
another for women, because at some point in our lives we all experience a
normal decrease in hormones.
Maintaining a balanced life also includes implementing a brain-healthy
diet – one that emphasizes healthy vegetables, healthy fats, and removal of
foods that cause inflammation. This is just one aspect of the work being done
at Rezilir Health for those of us concerned with Alzheimer’s disease and
other cognitive conditions. Learn about the tools available at Rezilir Health for
patients and their loved ones.
For those of us who love pets, “Pets for Emotional Support” is a must read.
And for zucchini lovers, dig in to our recipe for a tasty and healthy keto quiche.
Meanwhile, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s work together to make 2019
even better. If you have a topic you wish to see covered in an upcoming issue,
please don’t hesitate to contact us via e-mail at InspireHealth@Cnews.net.
With love,
6 INSPIRE HEALTH January § February
