Iconic Vinyl Record Album Covers

Happy February everyone. Hope 2019 is being good to you so far.
Your Waves buddy, the Beach Bum, had a random thought the other
day while riding around in his ol’ scarab. It’s not like me to have many
thoughts in a day but here is what had me thinking.

A 2018 U.S. Music Year- End Report states that over 14 million vinyl
records were sold in the United States last year. That is the highest
level of sales since 1991. Everyone was thinking the vinyl record had
gone the way of the dinosaur. Vinyl has made a tremendous come-
back. What really caught your Beach Bums attention is that nearly half
of those vinyl records were purchased by record buyers under the age
of 25 according to the site MusicWatch.

Nothing is cooler than vinyl. I love to look at my old iconic record
album covers and reconnect to my youth. As most people that know
me knows, your Beach Bum is kinda lazy. That is why I’m very happy
that the Waves readers basically wrote my column for me this month.
