Every year the National BBQ and Grilling Association
hosts the Awards of Excellence, acknowledging the
commercial side of BBQ. The annual conference was
held April 3-6 at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown
in Kansas City, MO. Categories including digital media

tools, best rubs and sauces, etc. are judged by a panel
of professionals in the industry. National and interna-

compete for the top three places to win the coveted Gold,
