downtown district. You are hot. Your feet are sore, and
Ithe kids are getting irritable. What to do? One great
suggestion is to hop into the air-conditioned comfort of
the Hey Mikey Ice Cream Shop. Here you will be greeted by
Mike Boucher, his wife Kathy and a bevy of delicious scents
and colors.
Founded in 2009, Mike and his wife have taken the confec-
tionary art to a new high. A graduate of the Ice Cream Uni-
versity (yes, there is such a place) He met and studied under
Mr. Malcolm Stogo. Mr. Stogo has been in the Ice cream
industry many years and is the go-to expert who assists
when any questions arise. Mike is also a member of NICRA,
National Ice Cream Retailers Association which assists with
keeping up with new technology, trends and ideas ensuring
the best possible product is provided to his customers.
Mike’s hand packed and homemade ice cream is available in
many flavors. You can order it in pints and quart or cups or
cones. Their cones come in cake, sugar or waffle versions. Hey Mikey’s Ice Cream
Waffle bowls are also available. An array of toppings are 2120 Post Office
