HISTORIC GALVESTON ISLAND’S PREMIER FALL FESTIVAL
37th ANNUAL ISLAND OKTOBERFEST

GALVESTON ISLAND, TEXAS – Historic downtown Galveston will again come alive when the 37th annual Is-
land Oktoberfest kicks off Friday evening, October 26th from 5-11 pm.
Sponsored by Del Papa Distributing Company and hosted by First Lutheran Church, this fun, family weekend of
continuous activities:

• live music,
• authentic German food, pastries and sweets,
• kids’ area with face painters, animal balloons, rides, and inflatable bounce houses,
• libations,
• shopping,
• auctions,
• raffles, games
and much more will continue with extended hours on Saturday, October 28th, 2016 from 11 am – 11 pm.

Island Oktoberfest is held on the grounds of, and streets adjacent to, First Lutheran Church located on 24th and
Winnie, in historic downtown Galveston.
